My family hired Accelerated Deliveries to move 14 large or awkward pieces of furniture today. The two movers were efficient and competent. At the destination they moved pieces around until we were satisfied with the locations. They were friendly, accommodating, and the total cost was less than the estimate. I recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

Nothing lost in transit and were flexible moving large items around when we didn't like the look of it in certain spots around the room. Very professional yet relaxed - seemed to enjoy themselves! AJ and the rest of the Accelerated Deliveries staff was incredible. If you're tired of contractors or business owners never returning your call or text, you're going to be pleasantly surprised. If you like it when a company shows up five minutes early, and not 30 minutes late, you're def gonna be happy. The staff genuinely gets along, and makes the process seem almost enjoyable (minus the heavy stuff over the railing and down the steep steps). In all seriousness, they did an amazing job and are incredibly easy to work with and super reliable.

I will absolutely use Accelerated Deliveries again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move! My house is on a hill and my driveway is very steep and they carried my furniture up the hill without any hesitation! Everything they moved was in pristine condition and they took very good care of my furniture while moving it. This was the first time that I have not had anything scratched or damaged during a move. I will definitely be using them again in the future when I move or if I just need a large item moved. The guys are great! Very professional and friendly. They make moving so much easier!

A.J. and his team are incredible! They showed up right on time and had our boxes swiftly loaded and our beds unassembled and reassembled like clockwork at the new house. Not a single dent or bump with anything and everyone paid close attention to how and where each item should go. We could not be happier with this move and how smoothly everything went! I have moved many times during my 59 years and this company was the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From my initial online request for a quote, all they way through delivery - it went better that I could have anticipated. The verbal quote was accurate, there was no attempt to up charge anything, and the delivery men were extremely professional and caring with our furniture! 6 stars!

AJ'S Guys were awesome in every aspect of our move. I could not have asked for a better team. They were right on time, did great work, were very careful in all phases of getting some big things and some delicate things moved and were always concerned that they did not cause any damage to the home or the items being moved. IF YOU WANT THE BEST THERE IS IN THE CHARLOTTE AND LAKE NORMAN AREA, YOU MUST CALL THESE FOLKS, PERIOD!!!! We were just moved by Accelerated Deliveries from Cornelius to Franklin, NC. I have to say, and we have been moved several times over the years, that this was absolutely the best experience we have had. These guys are professionals and took extreme care moving some delicate pieces of furniture. I have had several pick-ups and deliveries with issues on a couch I had ordered from a company in Atlanta. AJ himself was there for the first two and he has always been very professional and showed up in the time frame given. The other two pic-ups/deliveries were from his men who were also very prompt and professional. He kept clear communication regarding any changes and would always call within an hour of getting to our location. My couch always came back in excellent condition. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with AJ was wonderful, to say the least. Not only was he punctual, but he was so polite! We didn't have the opportunity to move all of our boxes out of storage and he was so kind to, not only meet us at a different location, but helped us load additional boxes we weren't anticipating. I bought a huge sectional and AJ was strongly recommended by the manufacturer when it was ready for delivery. The coordination ahead of time was clear and precise, and AJ was there exactly on time. I live in a 3rd floor walk-up in uptown, where parking is tight, if it's even available. AJ had to park his truck half a block over and bring the sections around the building and up a back sidewalk to my stairwell. They uncrated everything before bringing the pieces up the stairs, and were more careful with the pieces than I've ever had in any past moves. The stairs were bad enough, because of the weight of the pieces. But actually getting the biggest piece in the condo was tricky, too, because you couldn't really angle the long piece to get it in, and it was longer than my balcony is wide. ANYWAY..........they got everything in and hooked together, with no rubs or scratches or any damage whatsoever. There was one of the wooden feet, which had not be properly stained in the manufacture of the piece. When I called about it, the manufacturer sent someone out right away to replace it. And it was AJ, again, who took care of it in no time. Lastly, I loved the sofa so much that I ordered the large ottoman to go with it, so AJ delivered that, too, when it was ready. Only that time he had to park a block away and carry it down the street. He and his team members were unfailingly professional and always cheerful. I've put his company in my Contacts and will never use anyone else any time I have to move furniture again.

These guys were great! My husband and I needed last minute moving help and they didn’t hesitate to follow through. They were quick, professional and efficient and got our truck unloaded in plenty of time. We had extra time to spare so they even helped put together beds and rearrange the furniture. AJ and another mover showed up promptly as promised and called 1/2 hour before arrival. Both men introduced themselves and were so very nice and professional. They were very careful in my home and did a great job. They removed my old couch for a small dump fee and I could not have asked for a better delivery experience.

6 months ago we bought a huge sectional from Big Lots in Mooresville. I looked into renting a UHaul to get it home, but shoppped around and found AJ. He was able to work with me to find a day he would already be in the area for some deliveries, making the cost even better than getting a UHaul and picking up the couch myself. AJ was straight forward and easy to work with, I highly recommend his services.

I had a very difficult couch to move from a 4th floor apartment with no elevator and a very tight stairwell. After my first movers damaged the couch getting it in, I was skeptical it could be taken out without further damage.But I was amazed at how well AJ and his crew handled this job. The couch came out beautifully. I can't recommend them enough. They're total pros and the experience of working with AJ was fantastic from start to finish.

Even though the furniture had not arrived on the scheduled day, AJ conveniently arrived the following day to the assemble the furniture without additional charges. I absolutely will be using them again because they are fast, affordable, and very professional. Also, they charged significantly less than their competitors and even helped to throw away the furniture boxes after assembly.

I purchased a chaise that AJ had listed on Facebook Marketplace about 8 months ago. The customer service was great from start to finish. AJ is very knowledgeable with furniture, he helped answer all of my questions and explained how properly clean the fabric. For a little extra money AJ was even able to do same day delivery.
